Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept eligible returns and exchanges in line with Egyptian consumer protection requirements.

Change of mind

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Legal exceptions apply where an item cannot be restored to its original condition for a reason attributable to the customer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Eligible defective or incorrect items may be exchanged or returned for a refund without additional cost to you.

Size exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. All five designs are offered in S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. If the requested size is unavailable, we will arrange an eligible return or another solution with you.
