Coverage

We deliver throughout Egypt. Orders are paid by cash on delivery.

Confirmation

Submitting a WhatsApp order request does not immediately create a confirmed order. We will review availability, confirm the full delivery address, courier fee, and estimated delivery window with you on WhatsApp before accepting it.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by governorate and courier conditions. Please provide an active phone number and complete address so the courier can reach you. Any delay or failed delivery reported to us will be handled directly with the courier.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if your delivery details need to change. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been handed to the courier.
